Returns
In the event of having to return goods, please call Fortoak and advise us first as there are time limits with regards to the return of goods.
Our standard return policy is thirty days after receipt of goods, however, if there are exceptional circumstances, we will sometimes allow returns after this period.
Non authorised returns will not be credited.
To inform us of a return, please either call 01509 225700 or alternatively, e-mail us on helpdesk@fortoak-rolls.co.uk
After the return has been authorised, please label the box with our warehouse address (shown below) and include paperwork relating to the order, ie. original or copy delivery note/invoice or your own company compliment slip with full details of the order.
Please note that we only accept full boxes of rolls that have been purchased within the last 30 days.
If the goods being returned are either faulty, damaged or incorrect (due to our error), then no carriage charge will be made.
However, goods being returned for any other reason will be subject to a £10.00 carriage fee - dependent upon the number of boxes being returned.
